Working with 1322 Designs is SO different from any other promotional products company I've ever worked with. I don't ever feel like I'm just ordering a product. I can approach them with a half-formed idea, or sometimes it's just a problem I'm trying to solve, and Lavert will ask me a bunch of questions to help me figure out what actually makes sense. There have been times when I thought I knew what I wanted, but Lavert steered me toward something completely different, and it's pretty much always better than my original idea. Lavert is EXTREMELY creative, but he's also really good at thinking through how something will actually be used. It feels more like a collaboration than just placing an order, which is probably the biggest reason I continue to use 1322 Designs.
